We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Time: Expect delivery in 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Most customers receive their orders within 4–6 business days total.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the link in the shipping confirmation email.
Order Handling and Delays
- During peak periods or high order volume, processing may take up to 3 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, holidays).
- If you need your order by a specific date, please include a note at checkout or contact us directly.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We cannot guarantee changes to the address after the order has shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend it.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@thecherrylab.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.
- For lost packages, we will coordinate with the carrier. Claims for lost packages are typically filed after 7–10 business days from the expected delivery date.
